Our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the service that we provide, we believe the most effective way to insure this is through communication and planning.

Our first step in communication is through guidelines that are clearly stated here to refer to.

Satisfaction

If there is any part of our service that you are not satisfied with please contact us as soon as possible so that we may correct it.

Scheduling

A service plan is the most efficient way to insure we meet your needs, whether you will need our services on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Making this service plan will allow us to set aside time for you and your home.
We will be happy to offer our services on an as needed basis as our schedule will permit.

Cancellations

We understand that emergencies and schedule changes may occur from time to time. Outside of an emergency we kindly ask for a two day notice if you need to reschedule our visit. The same applies to us.
If for any reason we are not able to keep our appointment with you, outside of an emergency situation, we will give you a two-day notice and reschedule your visit as soon as possible.

Payments

Nature’s Broom accepts cash, personal checks, and money orders payable to Nature’s Broom. Services that are provided are to be paid the day of our visit. Our clients may also pay for the entire service month on the first day of that particular service month if they prefer. This is more convenient for weekly clients. We ask that our clients designate an area of their home to leave payments.
Returned Checks There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.

Upon our arrival We ask that you please pick up random items such as toys and debris from the floors and area that we will be cleaning. We want to provide your home with the best cleaning possible, having a clear area to work will allow us to do so. We understand that there will be things that will need to be moved on a regular basis, we just kindly ask that cleaning certain areas will not be counterproductive due to excessive obstructions.

Children

We do not work with unsupervised children in the home.
Pets

We prefer not to work with pets loose in your home, for their safety and ours. Nature’s Broom will not be responsible for uncontained pets, nor do our services include pet care of any kind, such as changing litter boxes, feeding or letting pets out for bathroom breaks, cleaning cages or beds We understand that there may be exceptions for certain pets that are indoor animals. We want to make our visits as easy as possible on you and your pets.

Keys

We do not want keys to your home. On the days that we are to visit your home we will ask that some one be there when we arrive, or if this isn’t possible we will be happy to arrange an area for you to leave a key for that specific day. When our services are completed for that day we will lock the keys inside your home on our way out.

Alarm

We do not want your alarm code. If you prefer us to set your alarm when we leave your home, we will be happy to do so if the alarm does not require a code to “set”.

Safety We will always do our best to insure our individual safety. If for any reason we feel that our safety is being compromised we will exit your home.

Privacy

All personal information is for our company’s contact purposes only. We will never share any of your information. If there are areas of your home that are to be kept private from our service, please specify.

Our Right to Terminate or Deny Services. We hold the right terminate or deny services for any reason.
